I bought a piece of cheap jewelry for my girlfriend at a store or someplace. She loved it so much that she wore it all the time and it wore-out, essentially. So I took it there to see what could be done, and they made a mold, poured real silver into the mold, instead of the cheap plate stuff that it was made out of, reused the stones, and it came out fantastic. She still loves it and I don't have to worry about it being a cheap piece of jewelry.

I brought in a strand of pearls that I have worn for 25 years to be restrung. I picked them up and paid for what i trusted would be professional work. Instead, 1 of the ends of the   original clast no longer closed properly. I returned with the pearls expecting a knowledgeable person would identify the problem and repair it, instead, I was treated suspiciously as if I chose to somehow put a defective clasp end on the strand and make my restrung pearls unbearable! A complete waste of my money! I have lost all confidence in this business!

I have sold coins here. Also bought my custom made engagement ring here. The master jeweller is great and does intricate work. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable.

Where do I begin??  David Reynolds Jewelry has been beyond professional, friendly, and accommodating!  I had my fiance's engagement ring custom made from them and it came out beautiful and exactly what I expected.  At first I was not sure exactly of what I wanted and they helped me narrow down my options to be sure that it would be what I wanted and my future wife would love to wear.  Along the way the Jeweler sent me emails (which is my preferred method of contact) to keep me up to date on the progress of the ring.  He made sure I was completely satisfied every step of the way before moving forward.  The best part was that I got an amazing ring with amazing quality for the most affordable price in the bay area (believe me, I shopped around for the best pricing for months).  This store is an hour away from where I live and  I plan on doing business with them for all my jewelry needs going forward because of the level of service and quality of product for the right price that I received!

I spoke to Shane about purchasing a diamond ring and some other items I no longer needed. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a very fair price for the items. Honestly It was exactly what I wanted to get for all the jewelry. We even spoke about making some custom jewelry for me. I will go back again! Very satisfied!
