They have great friendly service and also have a great program to keep drunk drives off the road. Me and my husband went out and they will take you home from the bar for 5 bucks so you don’t drive drunk. Highly recommend this service.

I have 5 kids. And I also had a job I was starting next week as a receptionist.  However I had a very bad toothache and had to get surgery on it, and my appointment was today. I called them an hour ago and they said they'd have someone ready within 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, I called them and was told they couldn't get ahold of their driver. I told them at the very least if they couldn't find him for some reason to at least call and tell me so I could reschedule my appointment. I waited for 30 minutes and they still didn't call me, and whenever I tried to call them they hung up on me. So now there's a chance I could lose my job and I have to reschedule my surgery. Gee thanks a lot. Best customer service ever. No wonder this place has such low reviews.

I have always had great service with this company.  I think some of the reviews are from the competition.

Called and asked for a cab to get me in dona ana, she started being rude and hung up on me. Dont even bother using

Male dispatcher EXTREMELY rude. Never more than one driver and they always reek of alcohol and/or marijuana.      That's IF they even show up.   Trust me when I say Uber is a MUCH better experience  and will be using them from now on
