I ordered a limo for my daughter's 8th grade dance and the experience from booking to end was painless. The driver provided a great experience for my daughter and the folks who helped me with the reservation we're very helpful and friendly. If you're going to go with a Limo service, this should be your first choice.

If I could give this company negative 10 stars..I would. So I ordered the Chrysler 300 stretch for my birthday. I'm 51 by the way, so this is not a girls gone wild type of scenario LOL. Anyway the day of (6/30), I get a call that the 300 has AC problems and they will upgrade me free of charge to a hummer stretch. Can't argue with that right?? Yes...you can. The limo's roof was coming off, inside had rips and holes in the carpet, it was filthy, the windows were dirty, the leather seats were worn and dirty and the light system did not work. So here I am with 7 friends with plans for the night. What's a girl to do? I called them to see if maybe they could send another car or negotiate the price and was treated so rudely. The man I spoke to accused me of not appreciating the "upgrade", possibly stiffing his company and that we would treat the driver with disrespect...which btw we would never do. No options were presented, and the man didn't care at all that the quality of their limo was beyond terrible. All he was concerned about was getting his money. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM! And they treat their customers like criminals. Just awful.

Wow rent a limo and the day bfor the wedding they called n said the limo was acting up(bunch of bs) find out they had someone else who wanted more hours so they called and lied so be carefull they will screw you if someone want more hours they will cancel you never again with this place

I made a reservation and even got a confirmation. I called to ask where our limo was and he said rudely, "You don't have a reservation". I gave him our reservation number and he continued to tell me I didn't reserve a car when I had the email and confirmation number stating I had a reservation. He continued to argue with me instead of figuring out a way to get us a ride.... then told me he didn't need my business. I would not recommend this service.

Thanks for the AWESOME service you provided for our recent corporate outing. We loved the Limo Bus. I was very impressed with your professionalism and how you constantly stayed in contact with me throughout the evening. We'll be back in Albuquerque in 2016 and plan to use your service again.
