I got off work at 9:30 p.m. I called and asked for a taxi. And was told they would be out. 10:00 p.m and I still haven't seen a taxi. So I call them and the lady said someone was on there way. 12:30 A.m and still no taxi so I called back and the lady that answered the phone instead of her trying to find out what time the taxi driver was coming she just hung up on me. So it's 1:00 A.M. and I'm trying to walk home in the cold (37 degrees). In a very unsafe neighborhood. I will never call YELLOW cab again. I have never been treated with such disregard in my life.

Wish I could put up negative star reviews!! 1 start is too much for this company.
My wife called ahead of time for somebody to pick her up from work at 10pm. Dude shows up 30 minutes early, & just leaves. My wife tried calling the company back a few times but the lady answering calls, hangs up on her every time. Now she's walking home. 
Such a pathetic cab company!!!!! Who disrespects their customers like that. 
I suggest NOT going with this company.

I called at 12:30 to request pick up at 2:05.  I was told that would work.  At 2:15 I called because they hadn’t come and was told there were still 12 pick ups ahead of me and that it would be 20-30 minutes.  The car arrived more than 30 minutes late.  Never again.

I reserved a taxi the evening before I needed it. The driver arrived pretty much on time (maybe a couple minutes late). He called me to ask for specific directions for my location. Once I was picked up, he drove quickly to get me to my destination in a timely manner. He was quiet which I appreciated. It was early and I was not in the mood for small talk.
