We purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 2/12/18. We had been speaking with Alex Ferguson the salesman over the phone for a few weeks. We told him exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle and had narrowed it down to about 5 vehicles. On his off day was our first opportunity to go out and test drive a few vehicles so he referred us to Kevin Fraiser who was able to help us and show us a few of the vehicles we were interested in. There we a few more vehicles that were available to look at for us at the Burns Harbor location and we set up a day to come and test drive those vehicles in Michigan City. That meant Alex had to come in early and make sure they were there for us when we arrived. A truck and a Traverse a Escape and a Pilot we now had it narrowed down. Alex called and said I got your Traverse but I don't think the truck is for you, it was previously owned by a smoker and he knew that would be an issue. There were some cigarette burns in the seat and he said I don't think your gonna want this one. We agreed and thanked him for his honesty. Once we arrived both Alex and Kevin greeted us and were very helpful. Alex continued to allow us and test drive the vehicles and we asked both Alex and Kevin for their honest professional opinion. We left happy and we will be picking up our Honda Pilot in 2 days. We also placed an order for the all weather mats so they will be there when we pick up our vehicle. We couldn't be any happier with the service we received from these two gentleman. The sales manager also greeted us and thanked us for our business and the credit manager Rachel made things very easy and painless for us. She went out of her way to get us a better finance rate than the bank initially was offering. Best car buying experience we have ever had!

I literally became aware of this dealership by accident JULY 2017. Alex Ferguson was the first person I encountered. He is very knowledgeable and listened to MY NEEDS and WANTS of what I wanted in a vehicle. This impressed me. Each time I come in everyone extends their courtesy.
The service department personnel will walk you to your vehicle and guide you step by step through the console touch screen. All the staff are extremely friendly and answers questions to the satisfaction of customers. Thank you all for making the experience easy.

Had a great experience with Bosak Honda! I had the pleasure of working with Alex who was very informative and made the entire process easy and fun. I was given a tour of my chosen Jeep’s features and was given a complete breakdown of the Carfax history on it. You can tell that they truly want their customers to leave the lot satisfied with their purchase. I recently returned to get my Simonize treatment done on my exterior and interior and WOW am I glad I decided to go for it. My 2016 Jeep Compass is so shiny and is the best vehicle I’ve yet to own! Thanks again Alex & Bosak Honda!

My wife and I were able to find a quality vehicle at a quality price. We worked with Don. He was very helpful and a pleasure to work with! He made the process smooth and easy. The customer service from the other people that helped with our transaction was awesome as well. We had some concerns and they addressed them promptly. Great experience overall. I highly recommend Bosak to purchase a vehicle and particularly Don to help!

This was my first car purchase going through a dealership. At first it seemed like a lot to take in and is somewhat of a tedious process, but working with the crew at Honda Bosak was a wonderful and effortless experience.  Don McCarty was very patient, knowledgeable, great communicator, and you can tell he genuinely wanted to make the car buying experience seem so easy and enjoyable.  I highly recommend visiting Bosak Honda and having Don help you find your future vehicle.  Also, Rachel in finance was great with any questions on financing and all the extras.  Great crew, and an experience that will make you want to keep going back for future car purchases.
