Specifically I wanted to deal with Bill F, because I have talked with him in the past-Not the best credit here, and just went to look. No pressure what so ever, discussed my needs, my finances, and pulled up the most perfect car for me.  I drove it home that night! I had to return 2 days later for addition signing and a pressure light was on, all I wanted was them to check my tire pressure because it was so cold, they wouldn't just "check my pressure" they checked everything with my tires and found I had a stem valve leak. Fixed it on the spot. Best customer service ever from the moment I stepped in the door, to financing, to mechanical.

I worked with a guy named Bill Fennel.  Bill listened to me and made my wife and I feel comfortable that he knew what we were looking for.  There was a good selection of cars and we test drove about three before making our final decision, at no time did I feel rushed even though there were other customers there.  Bill asked good questions, then navigated me through the pricing process professionally and at my pace.  I would recommend this dealership, and especially Bill.

Tyler is the only Service Advisor that I deal with. He is the epitome of professional and friendly. I can see him being a Service Manager in the near future. He does a great job setting up service appointments promptly and his communication is second to none. 

Dan is a great Service Manager. He always shakes my hand when he sees me and will make sure I am completely satisfied with the work that is preformed. I recently had an issue with some work that didn't meet my expectations. He made sure the work redone to my liking. He does a great job of running his department.

My father bought a mid-size SUV from Ben Flohr and had a stellar experience. His English (my dad's) is not so great, but Ben was patient and took the time to understand what he wanted. When he decided on the car, Ben was very knowledgeable and taught him how to use all the bells and whistles. We even went back another day for more "lessons" and Ben was more than accommodating. We never felt pressured at all! Overall, great experience and I recommend Ben to everyone I know.
