Staff here are great and super friendly. Had the Vesper cat towers I've been looking around for which are amazing quality. Store is a good size and has a nice variety of products.

I called on the phone asking about cat litter box sizes and lady on the phone gave an attitude like she didnt want to help and rushed me the phone.  I will go in for myself but not a good way to run a store with an attitude worse than my moody cat!

Staff always greet you and ask if you need help. Prices are competitive on some items - kind of like the deals of a chain but service of a boutique. Not our main source for pet products but worthwhile source  for keeping in rotation. Staff have gladly put items on hold for pickup, after we called to ask if they carried a product, which is great service.

I used to love coming here with my dog and was a regular, until one day I ran into a person who worked there named Faye.  She was so condescending and patronizing, it was nauseating.   This is how you lose customers.  It's too bad because the rest of the staff are usually fantastic and very helpful.  oh well...good thing that for every starbucks there is a pet store as well.

Staff here is awesome. Always knowledgeable and helpful. It's a smaller store for selection, but they always have what I need.
