Amazing service! Great space! Wonderful owner! But middle-range pricing...

My cat arrived very very scared to the Pet Parlour. But the owner (Victor) was understanding, spoke to her calmly, and had accommodated my last-minute appointment for first-thing the next morning when there'd be less traffic. Indeed, I called only the night before and he graciously juggled things around. 

I returned to pick my cat up shy of 2 hours later. She looked beautiful! Shampooed, brushed, dried, with her nails clipped and her tear staining cleaned up as much as possible. I was really happy with the service and Victor even told me that she wasn't too troublesome to handle in the end.

My only thoughts would be around pricing. It's not as pricey as other places that I've scouted, but starts at $20 more than my old groomers in the West End.

Having been a client at Pet Parlor for several years I am side to find that the service has deteriorated. I left my dog there at 12:30 pm and expected to pick her up 3 - 4 hours later but I heard nothing. I called and was told that her coat was matted so she needed more time. More time than four hours? Even though when I dropped her off the owner told me she was in decent condition. I began to feel uneasy especially as I then called at 5:00 pm and got the answering machine. I called again and this time I got an answer, not the one I wanted as I was told that a groomer had put her dog  ahead of mine, hence the delay. So my dog way languishing all that time. I said "I'm picking her up anyway" which I did. She was nowhere near ready but I took her home raggedy cut and all but they had at least cut her nails. I was still handed a bill for $68.00 which I paid. This was a very bad experience.

Brought my friends dog here all matted and smelly, he left looking so handsome and in great spirits!! We'll be back

I have 2 small dogs who are very scared of groomers from not great past experience. Taking this into account, pet parlour puts them side by side during the grooming and works a little on one then the other so that at all times they are together and less afraid. The grooming of my dogs always turn out exactly as I request and is excellent. 

They also deliver the raw dog food to your house if u live close by, which is really convenient to me as my dogs happen to be on the same food as they sell.
