I've been coming here for years. The service is always friendly and knowledgeable. Plus their prices are very good - not overinflated like most speciality stores. They also have a program where you can buy 10 bags of certain items to get the next one free. I love coming here to find things to spoil my kitties.

It is absolutely terrible and I feel completely cheated. When we bought a bag of cat food over a year ago we were told that we could get one free after we bought ten bags and also a small bag is equal to a big one in this sense which means that after we bought ten bags we can choose to get a small or a big one. After a year, when we bought a total of ten bags we wanted to get the free bag. But the owner(a short male) who had the most deranged look told us that we can only get a small bag because the rule is that we only get whatever is cheaper. Although feeling a bit cheated, we went ahead and accepted it, then he said that the small one didn't have the royal canin sticker on it so we can only buy the large one and deduct the price of the small one . Or we can get a small bag of dog food as it has the sticker on it. This is already completely different from what we were originally told. Still, we accepted it again because we just want to get it over with at this point and we will just send it to a friend of us who has a dog. Then he told us that the term has changed and now it is buy 12 and get one free.  It is so obvious now that he just kept coming up with new reasons to not give us the free bag. Although feeling enormously furious, we just left the store without saying anything.
