I never write reviews but I had to for this shop.  At my wits end with two kittens who went off their food, I went to the store searching for a good raw food that they might eat.  The owner, Raymond ( I think it was him anyways), spent a good 15 minutes with me listening to what was going on and then making some recommendations for not only food but techniques in how to get them to eat and possible answers as to why they might not be.  Low and behold, I tried his suggestions and both kittens are back to eating, better than before.  So many thanks to Raymond.  100% recommend this shop.

Owner is extremely knowledgeable and put your dog's needs at heart! They carry a lot of different premium quality pet foods and supplies. Very unique products you probably can't find in other chain stores. Although the shop is situated on a very busy shopping street but there is lots of parking at the back which is a bonus! Highly recommend!

Raymond (the owner) is fantastic, and very knowledgeable. Excellent selection of raw food, treats, and toys. If you're new to raw feeding, this is a great place to go and ask questions.

Went into the store this evening and was immediately greeted upon entry, the staff member behind the counter (unfortunately I forgot to grab his name) was very friendly and offered exceptional customer service and had great product knowledge and was able to recommend me treats and toys for my GSD that would hold up to my quality requirements. There is also a truly wonderful selection on treats and other food based items that I will be back to browse as my regular supply for higher end treats. All in all a really fantastic little store and I am very impressed with the products and environment provided. 10/10 would buy again.
