Easily 2 of the NICEST girls I have ever met helped me right when i walked into the store. She greeted me saying "hey girl" and I literally felt so comfortable instantly. She could've been one of my best friends from my hometown for all I knew. I have never had a better experience with the two girls that were working their that day. One said she was a manager and had blonde hair. They made me feel beautiful and helped me find a bomb outfit for going out in. I would go back there just to see those two girls again. The store was organzied and everything/ everyone was professional .

I can't stress enough the excellent service I received in my Visit. I was helped by a young man named Ted I believe. He was very handsome and fashionable. He approached my mother and I with much enthusiasm and sincerity. He prepared our fitting room with our selections and suggested dresses including shoes to help us visualize a complete outfit. He wasn't insisting or nosy. He gave us our space and was very sweet. I hate shopping and he made my visit worthwhile

The visit was fine, however an associate named Angela or went by Angie (I'm not sure) was very rude. I understand the store was closing but she didn't need to rush me so rudely! I expected more from this visit since the Akira team in Skokie was so kind!

I'm not sure if 5 stars it's enough to describe how happy I am with Akira Clothing store located in Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg il, a specially Akira Store Manager name Mollie. I went to Akira store to look for a dress for upcoming wedding. Almost imidietly Mollie approach me and asked if there was anything she could help me with. I told her that I'm looking for a dress for a wedding and that I'm a little stressed out. Mollie smiled at me and told me not too worry and that she will help me. Very quickly Mollie picked out not only few dresses but also shoes and jewelry. The very first dress a have tried on was the dress I ended up buying it and shoes and jewelry, oh and a purse 😄 I will definitely comeback for more outfits and I will ask for Mollie to help me. Thank you Mollie 😀
