Awesome staff. We got caught in the rain on our trip back home and stopped in to wait it out. Everyone was extremely friendly and told us we were welcome to stay as long as we needed. Everyone kept checking on us and they even lit the fire place so we could dry out. Great people and the prices aren't bad either for the motor clothes. Some are standard, but the sale prices are actually discounted unlike other dealerships that put out "clearance" items at 10% off. Highly recommended dealership. They really make you feel like you're part of the Harley family.

This dealership's service department does not deserve even one star.  I had to click a star to be able to post.  Phil who checks in your bike is not an honest man.  He will lie to you about the progress of the work, and then the work is not completed when promised.  He uses the excuse that bikers on the road get priority over someone local.  The manager of the dealership made no offer to rectify the issue.  Beware, it will be business as usual even after an injustice.  I will use another Harley dealership and willingly to drive further in order to NEVER set foot inside the Harley dealership in Cookeville Tennessee or any Boswell owned store.  One thing to add, after my problem in the service department, I decided to return items i had purchased for my son that were still in the bag and with receipt and they charged me a 20 percent restocking fee.

Very small dealership. Basically a pole barn. But the people who work there and the service are top notch!
