Still 5 stars, but an add to my previous review...

This is my second Kia Soul purchase from Cumberland Kia. My first purchase was in 2015 and was the most dependable car I've ever owned. I swore I would never get rid of it, but Paula called and asked if I was interested in an upgrade and made me a deal I could not refuse. I must say that Paula and Austin were very friendly, helpful and professional. Just like the first Kia I bought, Adam Eldridge went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Thank you to the Cumberland Kia team for another great buying experience! Still very much impressed!!

I had a wonderful purchase experience at Cumberland KIA!  An appointment was set aside for my visit and the combined tandem efforts of Paula Miller and Austin Lillis made feel vitally important.  They exhibited a lot of patience as I looked at and test drove different vehicles.  Both of these sales specialists were knowledgeable and went out of their way to be more than helpful.  When I picked up my new KIA Sportage the next day they took the time, a lot of time to ensure I was introduced completely to my new KIA.  What a great shopping experience!

Austin Lillis & Paula Miller were a total delight to work with.
Both very knowledgeable and always more than willing to help with our purchase.
Also very receptive to any follow up issues.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cumberland Kia for any of their vehicle needs.

Our car salesman was awesome. Such a good guy. He answered all of our questions and did everything he could to get us the best deal. The only thing I was not happy about is how long it took to do the deal. We were the real almost 4 hours waiting for our turn with the sales manager. I would think that on a Saturday they should have more than one at the dealership.

Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly, and best of all, very helpful.  Our sales rep, Caitlin Morrison, could not have been more accommodating.  We recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal on a very good vehicle.
