Very relaxed place to buy a car. Everyone there was very friendly and salespeople don't put a lot of pressure on you to buy. Ronnie Bean helped us and went the extra mile. I would recommend Cumberland Auto if you're looking to buy a new or used automobile.

Great service. I made the oil change, and tire rotation appointment over the phone. They sent me a reminder the day prior. They were waiting for me when I arrived. They brought my keys out to me when they were finished, and showed me where my vehicle was parked.

My service check has always been done in a timely manner and everything is corrected promptly. Best vechicle service I have ever had. I made a great choice by buying local and we are lucky to have such a great service department in Cookeville.
