If you’re looking for a vehicle go here and ask for Brent. He will not give up until he gets you in a vehicle. We told him how much we had to put down and where we wanted our payments. We put down 500 more than what we said but our payment was lower monthly, but he was straightforward and told us that may happen. Very honest and definitely cares about his customers.

They're a good place to buy a vehicle, and they treated me right on my trade in.  However, if you want to sell a vehicle, I suggest going somewhere else.  I went in to sell a Fiat 124 Spider, in excellent condition.  Their offer was much too low, an insult in fact.  We drove to Mountain View Ford in Chattanooga and were paid $3,000 more than the offer from Ford Lincoln of Cookeville.

Looking at used vehicles. The vehicle from the ad was "already sold". Not much available in the same range. Did buy a used vehicle 3 years ago from them and had a good deal. Tried to buy a new truck 2 years ago, but could not make a deal. Did make a deal for same model truck at another dealer the same week. They are always friendly, and their service dept is always helpful and the vehicle is done on time.

Tim was a nightmare! Jerry and Xavier were a dream! After speaking with Xavier about a truck he assured me that Iif I drove up there and showed them I was a serious buyer they would significantly reduce the price. I told him I'm over an hour away so of they would just give me their best price we may make a deal. Tim calls me back and says that's not happening. Which I respect. What I do not respect is his hot head attitude. When I was talking to him about where I needed to be price wise, mind you I had 4k cash down and my own financing, he didn't even listen.  I want being unrealistic. He then laughed loudly in my ear and said good luck and hung up. So he is a manager there and I know no one that works there would care but you are the consumer and your stand against this kind of treatment is appreciated. Thank you!
