I have been a loyal customer since 2014 brought my car in for service and was told when I purchased it it was a bumper to bumper warranty 10 yrs 100000 miles and a lifetime drive train warranty I’ve brought it to you for service recalls oil changes and any issues my wile brought it in for recalls they told her she needed brakes and it was 200. 00 she told them to do it and they talked her into a 80 dollar front end alignment it has 64000 miles and the ac is blowing hot and they wanted 600 dollars to put a prong in the upper hose and Freon I told her to leave and don’t do any further work she paid her bill which was 469 dollars and is now getting her air repaired at a competitor that is repairing for 148 dollars and I’m looking at my Diagnostic by blue link that I pay for and it’s showing a big green check mark showing the ac is fine I will never do business with you again I will never own a Hyundai again I’m trading her car for another brand and will research their service dept and read warranties so I won’t get ripped off again

These guys are the real deal in the industry.  I called up there and was handed off to Tracey,  he was pretty polite over the phone.  Within the first two hours I was able to give them a deposit on the car, a credit application, and then finally being approved to buy the car that my wife wanted.  The very next day my wife and I drove all the way from South Carolina to Tennessee (4hrs) to finish up the paperwork and finalize the sale of the car.  By the time we got there Tracey had everything ready to go the car was already wax and detailed.  We went in, signed all the paperwork and we were on our way home in no time.  Also the best thing is they got my wife and I a lifetime powertrain warranty on our new Hyundai Santa Fe.  This has definitely been a great buying experience, I highly recommend these guys.

I just bought a Hyundai Tucson from Perry Randolph and want everyone to know what an easy and fun experience it was !  I went there because my mechanic suggested I go because of the quality of the cars and the lifetime warranty they offer .  When I got there Perry welcomed me at the door;  I had no idea what I wanted, only what I didn't want but after a few minutes Perry hit the nail on the head with the Tucson .  He gave me what I wanted for my trade-in and I even got a large bonus incentive reward !  After that it was smooth sailing and I was on my way home with my Tucson .  I would recommend to everyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle stop in and talk to Perry and let him give you the deal of a lifetime !
