The most horrendous experience I've ever had buying a vehicle.  Kept sending in requests on my credit against my wishes on vehicles I was not interested in even looking at. They tried to deceive me about my own credit and put me in a vehicle falling apart (and still wants 13,000 for) because they wanted it off of their lot. Was very frustrated that I refused it and presented them with an approval for another vehicle from my bank. Then refused to let me look at the vehicle that I was already approved for. Would never do business with them. Jason Lewis Automotive in Sparta Tennessee is where I went very humble and very polite people. That's where my business will go from here on out. Cumberland Toyota has lost a whole family that has been buying from them for over 15 years. As well as many people from cummins filtration will not be back!

Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful.  They had the car we wanted, and there were no hassles or last minute "surprises".  Brittany made sure that our car buying experience was as pleasant and efficient as it could be.  Recommended !

Just great all around! Very friendly and helpful from managers to finance to salesmen. Just very helpful down to earth and not pushy at all. They really make you feel like they are there to help you. Great place

Everyone was so helpful. I felt the team really worked for us. Paul really went above and beyond in walking me through each step and answering my myriad of questions. His guidance and attitude earned our trust and he has our loyalty. We had a fantastic experience. We will be back down the road for our vehicle needs. I will also be recommending him to friends.

Our experience with Cumberland Toyota was excellent. Brittany provided exceptional sales service and was so kind and helpful throughout the sales process. We absolutely love the vehicle that we bought here.
