I just purchased my first vehicle on my own! Dylan was my salesman. I spoke to him one day and had to come back. He gave me his business card and I called him when I was ready. He fit me into his schedule last minute no problem. My situation was pretty difficult so I was at the dealership for 3.5 hours. I left with a car and am confident that anything I need going forward will be handled professionally. Everyone was super friendly...smiling...that's something that you don't see often. Buying a car is a hassle and stressful and Dylan made my experience fun. He's a friendly character. Dan the finance guy. The man. The myth. The legend. Was very personable and didn't make signing papers too tedious. I will say though Dylan made me ring some cowbell and that was a little embarrassing but funny. I'll never forget today. And.....the balloon that was tied to my car blew away so....Dylan..I'm going to need that back. Good people great experience. Great quality cars. It was immaculate. Thank you.

Our experience as a family at Lynch Chevrolet was EXCELLENT!  Adam, the finance department and the service department were very professional and more importantly for us as a family with 3 small children, they made us feel right at home by making sure our kids had everything they needed while we picked out our new truck.  It can be hard at times shopping in general with children, but not at Lynch.  My entire family was happy to be there throughout our entire purchasing experience.  We are also business owners and we are already talking about our next two purchases in the coming months.  We are return customers because of the A+ service we received!  As a family and a business we all recommend Lynch Chevrolet!  Excellent people :)

My husband and I had such a great experience on Wednesday at Lynch when we bought a 2017 Acadia Limited. Every person we interacted with was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Isaac was the salesperson and he was fabulous! We knew we wanted an Acadia and he took the time to explain all the differences between the different options they had. During our test drive he went though all the features our vehicle had which helped us make the final decision to buy that vehicle. We are very satisfied with the service we received and the honestly Lynch has to offer. While they do want to sell you a vehicle, they want to make sure it is the right vehicle for you - they are not there to just make a sale. The customer service is top notch and I look forward to working with them for all my future car purchases.

Had a wonderful experience at Lynch GM Superstore. Stopped in on a Tuesday night to check out one car. We were helped by Jay Conway immediately. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. We told him we did not want to purchase that night, and he accepted that without being pushy. We returned the next night after some more car searching, willing to make a deal. There were some discrepancies between the website and actual features on the car, which we pointed out. Geoff, the manager, was very helpful and worked out a price to make up for that slight mistake. From then on Jay went out of his way to make sure the rest of the process went as smooth and quickly as possible. We arrived with only an hour till close and he waited till the very end with the car warmed up and water bottles for our trip home. Would recommend Lynch, and Jay, to anyone. Great, honest service in a timely manner.

My Salesmen Chris Roberts was an absolute pleasure to work with! We all have had bad experiences with Salesmen at one point or another! But Chris was fantastic! He cared More about My needs and what was best for My situation! Rather than pressuring Me to make a decision, He helped Me weigh my options and was never unable to answer any of My questions! It was really a great experience!!! I am proud to call Chris a new friend!!!
