I came in the first day that IHC re-opened so it was chaos.... You'll need to relearn where everything is.... They did have a greeter to direct you which was very helpful..... Sports Orthopedics is across the street South of the main building.. Lab and imaging is right in the main entrance.

As a working mom this place is great I always have to wait but there is no way I can get off early to take my child to her pediatrician. so next best thing is the Instacare. yes the wait time is really bad sometimes . but is better that going to the ER and get a way larger bill. thanks for all you do.

I went in one week ago with my roommate. We both had the same symptoms and our third roommate was also very sick. We saw different doctors, and my roommate was prescribed an antibiotic. The doctor I saw went on a rant about medicine and pharmaceutical companies and said that I should not even buy over the counter meds. He told me to drink tea... well guess which roommate is better and which roommate is still too sick to even go to work. Why would you employ a doctor that doesn’t believe in medicine? I’d like to know if I can get a refund or if I can come in again for free.

Went and got an X-ray for a separated shoulder. Doctor gave me a sling, said I could return to normal activity in 2 days. This location marked my X-rays as "normal". Good thing I went to pick up my images the next day and had someone else look at it. Turns out, it was far from normal... grade 2 shoulder separation. I got much better advice elsewhere, which prevented further injury. I didn't have a great experience, and now I'm dealing with a couple big bills because of the mistake I made by going into Bountiful InstaCare
