I had an MRI performed at an imaging facility on my lumbar spine. I just received a copy of Dr. Jason Kirkham’s report. To begin with he stated that I had a previous diagnosis of Spondylolysis and that there was not a comparison MRI available. I think that a radiologist should be able to differentiate between Spondylolysis and Spondylothesis. My prior surgery for spondylothesis due to slippage of my vertebrae has been documented through MRI that can be found for comparison. I had my second surgery at one of the facilities that he works. I would expect better from a radiologist that has access to medical records.
