Bought a new 2018 Toyota Highlander here last week, my husband and I were happy with our service. John karliack assisted us in our purchase.  John was very helpful and I never felt pressured or rushed during my purchase.  He was there to answer questions we had but gave us space and privacy when it came to talking prices and making decisions.  A great experience!

I will start by saying I did not purchase my Tacoma from Hurlbert. Every dealership will maintain that when it comes to service or warranty work , it doesn't matter where you purchased your vehicle.  This is simply not true. Dealerships will , and to a certain extent, should offer preferential treatment to their own customers . However, this appears to not be the case here at Hurlbert. 
 I turned to Hurlbert after realizing the gargantuan mistake of purchasing my Tacoma from Toyota of Nashua. I can safely say that from start to finish , a complete disaster . I purchased TWO Tacomas in three months and paid cash . I can not begin to explain the pain and suffering they brought on my family and I for 5 months . 
 So to Hurlbert I turned. Why I didn't buy from these people in the first place I will regret until the end of my days.  
From making an appointment , to the personal and comfortable exchanges with Doug in service , I'm sold . My next vehicle is coming from Hurlbert. 
I want to add that I have worked for dealerships for a over 15 years . I sold cars, managed two Service departments and also worked on vehicles. People need to understand the complexities of operating a dealership. 
If they did , I'm sure a huge percentage of these negative reviews would not exist .
Given these complexities, I gave Hurlbert five stars , not because they are perfect, that is impossible, more because I can recognize the genuine effort they put in to be as perfect as they can be.
I appreciate that the repair my vehicle needs is not a common repair and has its own set of obstacles , but Hurlbert is shining bright and addressing it with professionalism.

The sales team lacks honesty, buyers BEWARE!
I was in the market for a new Toyota Highlander in 2014.  I came to an agreement on price with a salesperson.  List less $1500.  I thought this was a good deal since the car was new to market and the inventory was very low.  We wanted a different color so the dealer agreed to swap one of the cars they had with another dealer who had the color we wanted.  I signed a contract and left a $400 deposit.  I was told the other car would be picked up the next business day.  I did not here anything for 3 days,  I called in and the salesperson said the other dealer wouldn't swap.  I said "Well were you going to call me and let me know?  How about a different dealer? I see the color at multiple locations."  He said "That car isn't available anymore."  I went in and talked to his sales manager and was told sorry it was a miscommunication and we can get you another can when the next shipment comes in.  Which at the time was unknown.  I asked if the car they were trading for had been sold at the dealership for a higher price?  They said it has been sold and offered me my deposit back.

We went to Expressway Toyota the next day, purchased the Car and have had a wonderful experience with Expressway,  They even delivered the car to NH.  I would recommend not using Hurlburt if you value honesty and integrity.

I was in on Saturday 12/23/2017... Worked with a gentalmen in sales named Cody.. I saw a truck that I liked online but do to my own fault I didn’t realize that it was only 2wd... Long story short Cody found a truck that fit everything I was looking for and then some... I got to work with Gene for financing.. He is awesome at what he does... Went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and left with that truck... Big thumbs up to the two of them and the rest of the awesome team there!!!

My Salesman, John Karliak, was a breeze to work with. He made the whole process super easy. I was able to make a deposit over the phone, come in, and drive away in my new car while spending less than two hours in the building. Fantastic!
