This is a favorite shop of mine. The staff is more than accommodating. They will honestly give you opinions of what looks good on you and what doesn’t. If they don’t have your size available, the sales ladies always call one of the other stores in attempt to find it. I was very surprised and troubled to read one of the reviews. I am an African American woman, and my friends and I frequently shop in this store. I understand what that reviewer might have felt, because I’ve often experienced the same racist behavior in other stores. However, I’m really surprised that you experienced that in Boutique W. Even when I go and my normal sales assistants aren’t there, I’ve never felt any racists behavior, even “hidden”. All I can suggest is that you speak with the store manager or my main sales assistant, Amy, and give them a chance to right where you feel you’ve been wronged. I don’t say or take this lightly during this time in our country, but I’ve always felt the help and support I received at this store to be genuine. They have great clothing and when they have a sale, it’s good. Concerned “Sister”
Let's not mince words here - the staff is blatantly racist. I brought my mother to Greenspring this past weekend and while the staff at the other stores seemed a bit baffled by the presence of two people who *gasp* weren't white, they did a fine enough job of hiding it and being pleasant. No such luck at Boutique W. Very unfortunate considering it looked like they desperately needed business :/
This is my favorite place to shop. The workers there are very knowledgeable about the store items and are so helpful and friendly. I'm there every week. I would suggest you give the staff another try. I love the style of clothing they carry. Unique items you won’t see everywhere.
Terrific service and merchandise. Varied choices and frequent new items. I go to this store every few weeks and always leave incredibly satisfied.
