Francesca's Bridal was truly God's sent. As I entered the shop an emotional wreck. Two weeks before my wedding needing a dress. Due to  the original shop I ordered a dress 7 month earlier, did have my dress.  Brittany greeted my coordinator & I with such kindness & compassion. Not only did she pull the perfect dress, she assured me it would be ready in 4 days. Although the dress was over my dress budget. It was worth going over budget. It was absolutely beautiful and I felt like the most stunning bride my husband had ever seen. In the words of my bonus son (my husband son) Ms. Brenda your killing it! & sealed it with a kiss. It was a perfect ending to a horrible dress disaster. Thank you Brittany & Francesca's Bridal am forever grateful and Thank God for sending me your way.

My dress was stunning and I could not have been happier with the way it looked and the way I felt in it.  I searched and searched for this particular Jim Hjelm dress and Francesca's was having a trunk show for that designer so I got it at a discount.  Thank goodness because it was pricey!  Twice my original budget...  Anyhow, that part was perfect.  What made me anxious and why I cannot give them 5 stars is because it took 8 months for my dress to come in when I was told 6 months.  I called them 4 times in regards to my dress and each time I was told it should be here in a week or two with no definitive date.  As a bride with a wedding date rapidly approaching that made me nervous and irritated.  The real kicker was the final time I called and was told it would be in the upcoming Friday, then that Friday came and went.  So at the recommendation of a friend, I decided to go above their heads.  I called the main store in NYC and explained the situation.  The lady on the phone was so sweet and said "don't worry, we'll get it straightened out for you.  Expect to hear from someone within 24 hours."  4 hours later....4 hours later!! I got a call from Francescas saying my dress was in...I can't even try and understand how that all worked out.  Needless to say, the service was sub par, but the product was incredible.  So take a chance if you want.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with Francesca.  The owner is extremely disrespectful and rude.  Not only is her shop dirty with stained carpets and pins on the ground, the customer service is horrible.  She is very nice to your face, but as soon as you have a problem and ask for help she immediately turns on you, talks down to you in a demeaning tone, and even yells!  I would NOT, I repeat, NOT, recommend her shop to anyone who values customer service and getting a good deal.

I visited this beautiful shop with my mother and stepmother, what a lovely selection!  There were a lot of gowns to choose from, and the sales associate I worked with was very sweet, and knowledgable.  Some of the prices went far beyond my own budget, but they still had lovely dresses there with more reasonable price tags.  I did find my dream gown elsewhere, but this is still a great place to go when looking.  Also a great selection of bridesmaid gowns and mother of the bride gowns.  One thing to beware of, the location is on a busy road, a little tricky to get in and out of!

When I first walked into Francesca's I felt very unwelcome and was even treated a little rudely. Despite that I continued on with my mission there and found that each piece was absolutely gorgeous! The shop is somewhat small but elegant. At first I felt as if they were picking dresses THEY wanted me to buy but once I found one I liked I believe a girl named Brittany helped it become A very special experience there. Prices were okay. However, I LOVED my dress and got TONS of compliments on it! Thank you Francesca's Bridal!!
