A very pleasant buying experience. I worked with both Lucas and Scott over the course of a week leading up to my purchase and they were both excellent. A fair price was given first try with no back and forth and Mills went well above and beyond where they needed to in order to make me a happy and loyal customer. Fantastic service and treatment all around.

After several days of conversation, unfortunately the car we were looking at online had sold. We decided there were still several vehicles we might be interested in so we made the hour and a half drive. Upon arrival of the dealership we asked for the salesman we had been talking to. Instead of getting the salesman we had requested, the one who greeted us just started helping us. Not a big deal. So we went with it. He brought up one vehicle and it was filthy inside and had numerous areas of damage to the body. The salesman dismissed our concerns and acted as if they were not that big of a deal. We asked what we could get for a trade and we were told 1500 less than what we were originally told they might be able to give us. And almost 2 grand what a different dealership had offered us On a trade for practically the exact same car with 1000 less miles and $1000 less on an out the door price. We were told the decrease was because of the “body damage to our car.” When mentioned to the salesman that the cars he had shown us both had several large areas with issues he seemed offended and asked where in a less than aggressive tone. The spots of damage were clear and were a disappointment to us. He claimed they could be easily fixed, however one was clear damage to the rim of the vehicle. After deciding to still give the dealership a chance we walked out mainly because of Russ’ attitude but also because of the completely poor customer service we had received from start to finish. Russ was rude, not personable, and made us feel unwelcome and unworthy. We had high hopes, but on multiple occasions within a week were let down. We will not be considering this dealership for our needs in the future.

we needed a car for a adult child and since retirement I don't qualify to co sign, with my heart hanging low as I couldn't help my child, I called Josh Park at mills Chevrolet. I purchased cars there before while working at the arsenal, and enjoyed the help they gave me after my divorce. I told Josh of my problem he listened and actually cared abs said to let him see what he could do, I might add my son is a server at a restaurant and is in an intern management program, so not a ton of extra cash yet, Josh got him financed and into an amazing car for up and coming management professional with tons of student loan debt... now the amazing part had the car delivered to Florida with a payment less than we had set his budget for. The car is a 2014 BMW 328i all wheel drive. Josh helped my boy when I couldn't so for that reason alone I'm a Mills customer for life, and he will ship me what I need. amazing customer service, great dealer, heaven sent staff. Thanks again Josh Park.

Worst place to try and negotiate a vehicle. Salesman are rude, they do all the talking and don’t listen to the customer. I went there and saw a car with a good deal but before even negotiating it, the salesman told me I wouldn’t be able to afford it. Even though I was able to, but he judged me based on my age. Do not go here for your next Chevy vehicle.

Had a horrible experience. Left with a 2015 Chevy Cruz. After a week of having the car I received an email from the finance manager explaining that I had to return the car. Already got car insurance and everything on it. I felt like it was a huge mistake on their end because everything should have been finalized before allowing me drive off of the lot. They clearly were just thinking about the money to be made off of the deal. I was so excited about the car. It was literally perfect. They could have figured something out to keep me with the car. Gave them my down payment and was prepared for the first car payment. When we returned the car the finance manager said, "that'll be all, good luck." Which I felt was very rude. There was no sorry or feeling bad about it. Definitely no type of care. Definitely a sad and horrible experience. One that won't be forgotten. My family has gone there for years for all maintenance for their cars that they got from Mills, but won't be anymore. Hope it was worth it over a 15,000 dollar car.
