We have been doing business with Kinion Auto sales for a number of years . Jeff the sales person does a great job and tries very hard to take care of his customers. Dale the owner has always treated us fairly when it comes to needed repairs on vehicles we have purchased.  This review is based on our recent interaction with the owners son who runs the service department .   We needed a motor overhaul and was quoted a price for the job by Dale . We took our truck to the shop and was ensured the work would be completed while we were on vacation.  We called the shop to inquire about the progress of the overhaul and was told by the owners son ( Adam) that he " didn't need us harassing him and his dad ,"  that he was under enough stress.  This conversation was promptly reported to the owner.  When the truck was finally completed the bill was $3000 more than the quoted cost by Dale.  When I voiced my concern to (Adam Kinion) he was very condensending and called me a "bit*ch."   My husband has tried calling Dale regarding this mess and has gotten no response.

Highly recommend! Best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Adam went above and beyond finding the exact vehicle I wanted; I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

Best place around to buy a truck and to have work done on your truck, 4x4 headquarters! Highly recommend to any and all. Satisfied repeat customer.

I needed a tire repair kit after hours. All I had was a credit card, no cash. The gentleman didn't charge me for the kit and helped me repair my tire. Thank you young man. Your kindness hasn't gone unnoticed.

I traded my old truck to Kinion Auto Sales a couple weeks ago. They offered me WAY more than other "big" dealerships for it on trade. I bought my current truck from them and there has been no issues with it whatsoever. They have quality trucks, great prices (lower than book value) and treat you like a real person. They care about their customers. I would definitely use them again and recommend others to give them a chance to earn your business. Jeff, the sales guy, is a straight shooter.
