I love my new car, don't get me wrong, but I am beyond piss that I now have to pay $200 plus installation for a new battery less then 3 months after purchase. I called and spoke with a sales person to complain and he was less than pleasant. He essentially said too bad. It's your problem now. He had me so irate I hung up on him. Great customer service....... UPDATE....I had a very good mechanic friend install a new battery for an awesome price. Today Brendon the Manager contacted and they offering to reimburse me in full. THANK YOU!! I am very pleased.

Bought my daughters first car here. They gave us a very good deal and after coming back from having it inspected are fixing the issues we found at the same price we initially came too. Overall I am very happy with them. My daughter gets her car in a few days after the work is done and as long as everything is takrn care of we couldn't be happier.

These guys kick ass! I had a car through a different company and that company didn't care, they would take my car in for the maintenance it needed and I would get it worse than how I gave it.
So I go to McGrath and those dudes put up a fight for 3 days to get me into a new vehicle. I watched stress pour over these guys for hours on end and finally they pulled it off. Got us out from under our contract with this other company, got us a kick-ass approval and we've had our car for a week and it's an amazing car. It has every feature I asked for and so much more...

Amazing job and I will be back in 2 years to buy myself a truck as well. You can count on it.

Kenny rocks at his job and he's a great sales person and he knows how to keep you company in trying times. I recommend him to anyone needing a car of any type and any price.

Derek Fox is pretty kick ass too! Lol

My first experience with McGrath was the one in Dubuque. It was a wonderful experience, but then I found out about this one closer to home. "Doc" was just outstanding from our first conversation over the phone. I told him I was interested in a Challenger that was listed on the website. Turns out it was in the partner store in Coralville. He friggin had that car here in no time...just so I could test drive it. When another salesperson was trying to request this Challenger from Iowa City, he held them off and kept in contact with me via text until I got there. For several hours he went to bat for me trying to get the exact payment I was looking for as well as the amount I wanted for my trade in. In the end, he pulled it off, and I've got my Challenger. Trevor on the finance end was also outstanding. He was able to give me some great warranties, coverages, protections, and a maintenance plan all tweaked to fit in my budget. These guys are truly exceptional. Give them a shot!
