This location deserves 10 stars, I highly recommend going here!!! Right when you walk in, you are greeted by someone and they are extremely polite the whole time they are helping you. I did make an appointment last week and ended up having to come back to pick up my car because they were so busy which was a little frustrating but I did make another appointment for a today. They got my car right in and changed my oil within a short time frame. The manager of the shop went above and beyond to apologize to me for my previous experience and ended up giving me a really good discount without me asking which is hard to come by with other places. This location has the greatest customer service I have ever experienced when it comes to an oil change. I am definitely a customer for life now!! Not only for my oil changes, but any other service I need, I will be returning to this location!!!!

The service was exemplary.  The staff there are polite and very professional.  They are fair and they do great work in a reasonable time, my vehicle needed quite a few things replaced on it and they replaced everything in a very reasonable time frame, and the price they quoted me was right on when everything was finished.  Now my car drives beautifully, and I could not have had a better experience.  I highly recommend you take your vehicle to this Brakes Plus location!

Courteous and knowledgeable is how I describe the people at Brakes Plus, Fort Collins.   I especially appreciated the detailed explanation of what needed repaired and the opportunity to personally inspect the parts that needed replacement.  I had no "red flags" that someone was trying to entice me to complete repairs that were  not necessary.  There was no pressure.  The reception area is clean and I found the final price to be competitive for the area.  I will use them again...and again.  Next time I will take advantage of their Courtesy Shuttle as the wait was longer than I had anticipated.

Nick and his team did a promptly phenomenal job replacing breaks routers struts, ect. My jeep really felt like the wheels were about to fall off a couple days ago. After a quick over night fix with Fort Collins breaks plus I am in my vehicle this morning thinking "wow I feel safe driving again". Cheers to good business, we'll be back

I am so pleased with my experiences here and have been raving to my friends to check this place out whenever the situation arises for them, be it maintenance or repairs. They are prompt and friendly, thoroughly explain their assessment of the vehicle, and answer all questions I have. The best part is that I was beyond impressed when I went to pay for my services! I have decided these guys are my new go-to in Fort Collins and am happy to give them my business! Thanks Brakes Plus, keep setting the standard!
