It's hard to find a mechanic that knows what they're doing and that you trust.  I came to Del's after my old mechanic retired, and was very happy with the service on my VW, and thought the price was fair (definitely lower than I'd expect to pay at some of the popular shops in town).  I'm so pleased with the results, now I'm actually glad my old mechanic retired. :)

Del fixed the problem I brought it in for, which two other shops I'd brought it to had not.  Two minor repairs later, and the car drives better than it has in years.  He kept me updated with the status and an ETA, and then stayed late to finish the work even though I told him I didn't need the car back immediately.  Great mechanic, and great service!

Support local businesses. Good shop. Amd the negative reviews? See below.. I took pictures of the waiting room.. clean bathroom to boot. What can I say? I thought I had a 3:30 appointment for an oil change.. I called the wrong shop. Go figure! But they squeezed me in and had me out in 30 minutes. - I did ask about the 1 star negative reviews. They had answers for them all. There are two sides to every story. And some post under anonymous names. That should give you some indication. Aaaand.. then sometimes things just down work out. Nearly 5 star average speaks for itself.

Great service, great people, and very communicative! I had my alternator replaced and Ennis (technician) called me with a detailed explanation and recommendations before they started the work. They went above and beyond any shop I've ever been too. Attention to detail as if it is their personal car. They have my business on all my vehicles and I recommend their service. They even washed my car! Thanks to Del, Andrea, and Ennis...Great experience!

I've honestly never cared enough to write a review on anything, but I was really disappointed with my experience at this shop. After reading other positive reviews I decided to give the shop a chance since it was so close to my apartment. As far as I know, the work was done well and I was assured it was good pricing, but I've never had such a frustrating customer service experience.  My truck was at the shop for almost a complete work week and the only time I ever received updates was when I called the shop myself.  The whole week I was in limbo, with no idea when I'd actually get my truck back.  
Today I passed by the shop and noticed my truck was sitting in their parking lot, apparently finished, around noon.  I waited all afternoon for a phone call and got nothing.  I finally walked to the shop around 4p to ask what was going on, to find out they were finished...but still had to wash and test drive it.  
To me, the whole thing just seemed extremely inconsiderate. I was without my typical transportation for a week.  I understand the shop was busy, but I do expect to at least be kept up to date with what's going on, and it would be nice to get a phone call when the work is done instead of parking my only vehicle for an entire afternoon.

Always give amazing service and explain everything to you even show you what was done or is going to be done.  Will be my garage anytime I need service done to my car.  They were a pleasure to do business with and highly recommend them to anyone in the area.  Del was a great help and gave amazing attention to detail.  GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
