Amazing customer service! I came in to get my headlight bulbs replaced (bringing in my own bulbs) and turns out they weren't the correct bulbs. They exchanged them for me while I waited in their comfy waiting room and drank fresh coffee. Patti was excellent in making us feel like family right away. I would refer this shop to anyone asking for automotive care. I am truly pleased with our experience. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Patti & co-workers for the best experience!!

Outstanding experience while getting my car worked on. McCormick shows genuine care for their customers and you feel that in their lobby, car repairs, prices and overrall hospitality. While waiting I enjoyed a comfy couch (one of three available), fresh coffee, music and a nice magazine. If you aren't a coffee drinker there was free soda, water or juice available along with fresh fruit to snack on. I forgot I was waiting for my car to be fixed because it felt like home. It was wonderful. 
Patti was great at making sure we were well taken care of, great to talk with and even invited our pup next time. Loved it!! Best place in town to take your car. If the customer service isn't enough the warranty is superb on all repairs. No worries ever when you take your car to McCormick.

Great family owned local business.  Quality work and great service. 

I came to Fort Collins from a very small town in Wyoming.  My neighbor was my mechanic and he was honest and did quality work for a fair price.  Finding McCormick’s in Fort Collins is like having my neighbor back.  

You can trust these guys, they are competitive in their prices, they do quality work and their customer service is courteous and professional.

I have always had pleasant experiences here. The customer service is amazing. You can tell that they aren't just out to get your money, unlike many other places. They will work with you and your budget. It's also very easy to quickly make an appointment and bring your car in. I highly recommend this place if you have any issues or even questions about your car.

I’ve known about McCormick and it’s reputation for years, but they completely exceeded my expectations. The staff here is fantastic. Mark and Patti both deliver excellent customer service. They walked me through everything and took the time to explain to me what my car really needed and advised me. They helped me stay within my budget when I had them do a pre-purchase inspection, and just helped me with my broken down car. I am beyond appreciative of all their help and accommodation. They are honest, efficient, and have provided me with excellent customer service. I would recommend McCormick to anyone in Fort Collins.
