My Technician Ryan Sargent is all-pro with a lot of experience to get the job done right the first time. It was super easy to get a price and schedule the appointment online. No hassles, no stress, quality glass. I priced them to another shop locally and they beat the price by twenty bucks. I don't know if you can request a specific Technician, but Ryan Sargent loves his job and has many years of experience.

Superb customer service. Brandon from Safelite AutoGlass was able to provide honest feedback and was able to explain the issues in an easy to understand manner. He is very personable and was excellent at calling and keeping me up to date for the time of the appointment. I will definitely choose Safelite AutoGlass again.

The worse costumer service experience. About 1 week ago I made an appointment for today, between 3-5 pm, for mobile service to replace my 2015 4Runner windshield, a very expensive item by the way. I received a confirmation of service the same day after the appointment was made and a reminder yesterday of upcoming service. I waited all day for the technician and when he did not show up by 5 pm I called the Safelight only to be told they would be unable to keep the appointment, and unable to call the technicians back in, because, for all reasons, HAIL in Denver. Currently the temperature in Fort Collins is high 70s with blue skies and in Denver the temperature was 77 degrees, partly cloudy. In other words, A Blatant LIE. These people are not to be trusted. I would wager they would not miss an appointment at the local brewery or dipensary. Good riddance !!! I wish there was a rating less than 1, like less than 1000

Honestly the best customer service I've ever received regarding anything to do with my car. The work was done way faster than I expected. Coordinated everything easily with my insurance and even replaced an additional damaged part without question. Have been recommending this specific location to everyone!

They installed my mirror free of charge. Great customer service and I will bring my business here for any auto glass needs in the future.
