Came here several times trying to find a cheap used vehicle. My complaint is not about goods sold, my review is about the level of professionalism shown. Matt who originally helped us was great, he was attentive, took time to follow up and reach out with news. Unfortunately we didn't find a vehicle we liked when he assisted but he kept us in the loop. We showed up yesterday and he wasn't available and was assisted by John J. He seemed to be fast paced and interested in helping us, during negotiation of a specific vehicle, since it was the end of the day, we parted saying we'd all speak tomorrow (today) and that we were interested and wanted the vehicle but had a few concerns. John said he understood and we'd be in touch today about the vehicle. He said we could text him, which I sent a text immediately after informing them if we could make a change we'd be there to buy the vehicle. I received a text from Chelsea, explaining that the car we were interested in getting was sold first thing that morning. I understand how sales work; however, the 3/5 review is for the lack of courtesy and follow up prior to selling a vehicle that I had requested to test for a few days. John recommended we pick it up today to hold until Tuesday so we could get it checked out by our mechanic. It seems this company as interested in helping us find a car, once we found one, wasn't interested in helping us obtain that vehicle and let it go to the second person who showed interest. I can't point fingers and say it's Johns fault or Chelsea for not relaying the info at an appropriate time, all I can say is the policy should be to do follow ups when folks have been back to your dealership several times to find a vehicle and once they find a vehicle and make promises of furthering negotiation the next day should be kept. Sorry dellenbach - but I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Took my fiancé's Forester in because the drivers window wouldn't roll up and that led into finding out I had a bad tire in which all 4 tires had to be replaced. Typically, this experience would leave me upset, but I had the best service agent ever. So much so, that this is my first review I've ever completed online. Joe Feieresisen had to be one of the most hard working, personable people I have ever met. He was doing everything possible to make a unpleasant situation pleasant. I want to thank him for giving me faith in today's world of "customer service" and I want to thank Subaru of Fort Collins for hiring good people like Joe. My hat's off to you both.

I had such a WONDERFUL experience at Dellenbach! Devon was the most amazing sales specialist a person could ask for. He was friendly, attentive, and professional, but most of all kind. I could tell that he was there to help me however he could. When I called/came back to dealership after my first visit I felt cared for. I knew I was in good hands. I've been back a couple times to have my car washed and such, and I continue to have a great experience. I'm thrilled I purchased my car from Dellenbach because I truly feel they are trust worthy people with my best interest at heart. They are EASILY the best choice. Thank you Devon (Shout out to Jerry for making MY DAY)! Thank you Dellenbach!

Be careful of these guys , my experience has been nothing but unpleasant. Very disappointed by the sales team and mechanics. I bought a used outback a year ago now and there has been a front end grinding noise that's still there to this day . They've worked on it and said my tires are making the grinding noise but you can hear a loud metallic grind. They did repairs on it which I had to pay my warranty deductible and noise is still present. So last week went in there and told me they can get me into a new outback if I trade in my old one . They denied me due to the scratches and dings on the car which they sold me the car in that condition and the grinding noise. Maybe when selling a used car let the customer know that the car isn't available for trade in . Now I'm stuck with this car that I'm very unhappy with , I understand when you buy used it's a used car but I bought with 40 k miles on it and the " certified mechanics " they have inspected the vehicle before sell . Well piss poor job I must say , they get your hopes up and take your money but will not do the customer right , I did refer someone here but I'm going to convince them to go else where .

When we first showed up on the lot, there was a Forester XT on lease special for 2,000 down and 233 + taxes a month with 12k miles a year. At first we thought that was a little high for us after taxes but we loved the car. We drove others and Amber was very helpful with presenting us with other options to get us to 2,000 down and 200 a month, which is what we wanted to pay. All the options were lower in price to the initial offer but at 10k miles. We left because we couldn't make our prices match. We ate lunch and decided to call and just ask if they could do 12k miles a year at the 10k price. It was only $8 a month less than their original offer on the car, which I had on paper. Instead of just saying no we can't do that, or yes we can, they told us we had asked for 10k miles, which we didnt. That was an option the sales manager presented to get us closer to what we wanted to pay. They told us the never offered us 233 a month with just 2,000 down (which was written on the car) and basically they ended up offering us the same vehicle for 200 down and $8 a month more than they originally offered it to us and blamed us for the confusion. I was frustrated because I had the original offer in writing in my hand and they wouldn't even match it again, much less come down the $8 a month we wanted. The sales manager was arguing with me and wouldn't let me talk. Then they used the age old line "we're already losing money on this deal" as if anyone ever believes that line. Then he hung up on me. Very confusing, sneaky, unprofessional, and rude. Amber was good, sales manager is not.
