I came to Big O because of the service. Their willingness to match prices if necessary and the in shop time. They worked quickly, w/o cutting corners, and with quality. They work together as team. When you get your vehicle serviced there, you can see how well these guys work. They're like a NASCAR team. The pit boss - Adrian, exceptional. He works these guys like finely oiled machine. Something an owner should be very proud of. He represents the business with above and beyond customer service and it shows from his team members as they also provide a high level of customer service. He (Adrian) has set the bar high. So if you're looking for a shop that would not only give you good prices, but above average customer service, then you best go see this team work and allow them to service you. It's not often I give a level 5 for experience as this business deserves it. See you guys soon.

I had a very good experience at the Big O Tires on Mason Street. A fellow named Adrian Fuller helped me out. He was friendly, courteous, and displayed an informative professionalism that's hard to come by in this day and age. I came in for new brakes. He was very straight forward and even showed me the brake issues my Nissan was having. I was quoted a great price and the new pad install and rotor resurfacing was done in under an hour. Big O Rocks! I know where I'm going to go when my tires need replaced.

Did my research on the best tires for my truck, and the best place to get them.  Big O was clearly the #1 choice.  They had the same product for $10 less per tire than every other store.  However, it got even better when I worked with the Manager, Adrian.  He and his team did an excellent job.  The truck drives like new now.  Yet, the true test of customer server is not just when things go well but when things go wrong, and they work to make it right.  It so happened that center cap on one wheel failed during the work (clips broke off) and I lost it going home.  By the time I drove back to the Big O shop to ask about it, Adrian had already ordered a replacement one for me!  Great company, great guys, highly recommended.

I would like to thank the big o tire staff for doing such a great job on my vehicle. I just had my vehicle worked on at another shop and took it to big o tires for the alignment Adrian the manager showed me what the other shop missed via my lower ball joints falling out of my truck. They was closing soon and I expressed how much I needed my truck back for work. He said he would take good care of me and did he. They stayed late and fixed my truck that night now that's service. Thanks Adrian and thank your staff for me you've been great and are now my repair shop

We had them put tires on our car in October 2016. Recently, our car starting making strange noises and vibrating (after a small slide into a snow pile). They started with complementary services and when that didn't fix it, dealt with our issue promptly and correctly at a reasonable cost. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
