I am not one to write reviews however there was no way that I could not after the service that I was given at Schumacher by Kevin J. Recently I was having issues with my GMC and went into Schumacher to have it diagnosed and then repaired. Seems simple? I have zero knowledge when it comes to cars and this is where Kevin came in.  Kevin walked me through the entire process of what we were doing and why we were doing it as oppose to just giving me a price like many other dealers may do. He made the experience rather fun then stressful. THANK YOU KEVIN for your great customer service!!!  Thank You Schumacher for hiring such an amazing rep.

I went there with my Mitsubishi Lancer for service, Nestor L. was so rude that I felt like I was on a hidden camera TV show. To the owner of this establishment, consider a secret shopper for Nestor L..

I spoke with Nicholas who is the new manager and he assured me that everything would work out. He was 100% right. Instead of Nestor L., he put me with Kevin J. What a relief!!!! Kevin went above and beyond the call of duty for me. My car is running smoothly! Thank you Nick and Kevin for your professionalism and kindness. I am happy with the quality of service I received and it's thanks to you two.

We were very satisfied with the way our new lease deal was handled. We initially were there to start shopping for new cars, as our Buick Enclave was nearing the end of our lease term. Our salesman, Glenn Cook, was very professional and told us to consider a GMC Acadia, which we decided to lease. The terms were great and we are very pleased that Schumacher will be our dealer of choice for service and future lease deals. We strongly recommend this dealership if you are interested in a GMC or Buick! They are the best!

i have been a customer of Schumacher GMC for a few years now and Travis in the service department has been consistently helpful every time. 
He takes the time to review every concern i have with my car and makes sure he understands what i am expressing so he can convey it to the mechanics. He acts polite, respectful and professional. Thank you GMC for hiring such nice qualified workers.

We got our first lease from here in 2014 and we came back again in 2017. Our salesperson Eric Doering took really good care of us and he was patient with me. I can be a rough customer. He got us a REALLY good deal. If you're searching for a new lease or purchase ask for Mr. Eric Doering, he'll work to get you the best deal possible.
