First off, Chris is such a professional. As a young man in an experienced industry that requires many years of maturity, he has taken the initiative to service the customer at an exceptional level. I went in only to take a look and after some reviewing, patience and validity, I brought home the QX50 as an early birthday gift for myself. Chris made sure to answer all of my questions and accompanied me with the information needed to move forth in the process of purchasing and insuring my vehicle. Although he has his job packed down, he houses a very sweet spirit. After making the final decision, Chris gifted me with dinner. Like, who buys you dinner at a car dealership. :) I literally could go on and on regarding my experience at Infiniti of the Palm Beaches, but I'll leave it at exceptional, top quality, great customer service and kind people who really love what they do.

Good looking receptionist, sales people are nice and patient because they want your money. I bought a car from here but they overcharged me by a few hundred $$ and messed up when transferring my insurance. Everything was taken care of in the end though so I'm satisfied.

For the most part it was a great experience. Easy and quick. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The only downside was I wished they would have cleaned my car a bit since they had it for 3 days. Most other luxury dealerships I've been to, detail the car a bit when they have more than overnight.

I could not be happier with my experience at Infinity of the Palm Beaches! Our salesman (Ira) was so knowledgeable, patient and professional!  He made the process seamless and enjoyable.  Great value for our trade in.
