Loved Cyndi! She was Great about taking care of every detail. She found me a rebate on my oil change. She told me that I didn't need a brake job, even though I thought that I did. She could have told me that I was right and done the job. I would've never known the difference! That is VERY admirable.  I will be back again and again, because of that right there!

My Service was for a manufactures recall, and the entire experience with the dealership was five star. The staff did a great job in turning the vehicle around in two days time. First Class.

Cyndi was very knowledgeable about VW and what the 80K mileage entails.  She was honest and direct to the point.  I will definitely be coming back for future repairs.

I absolutely LOVE my new VW Beetle - and Jim Rogers at Schumacher Auto Group took such good care of us - wow! He delivered the car to our front door - shows us how to work the radio and really went above and beyond. I am a BIG FAN of Schumacher and recommend them heartily! The place was honest, fast, reliable, and efficient! Everything they said they would do - they did - and then some! How many people say that about their car salesman? Two thumbs up!!

I WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXCELLENT MECHANIC JOB, AND CONVENIENT COURTESY SHUTTLE SERVICE, ALL UNDER ONE ROOF, I COMPLETELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY WORK NEEDED ON YOUR CAR.
