So, names first:Joe Spellman (salesman), (Kris Meyers) Finance manager This has been my best car buying experience ever. Joe was awesome, very knowledgeable, didn't pressure sell, and honest. Joe was busy when I got there but he improvised and handled multiple customers with ease. Kris was quick professional and most importantly thorough. Offered very sound finance advise and got us great pricing for the extended warranty that we wanted for the used F150 we bought. I shopped extensively and could not beat there pricing. They stayed late to get the deal done. I am a contractor and my truck had failed the day before and I needed a new one. I had my 21 year old daughter with me for her first car buying experience. I am excited that she didn't have to start with a poor image of car salesman! Great job!

This was a scheduled time/mileage appointment; it also happened to be the day before we had decided to evacuate due to Hurricane Irma. As always, Mr. Robert Lopez (our Service Manager) met me at the time of the appointment, discussed what needed to be done (which was minimal in the big picture - because of the continued care of our SUV by Brandon Ford), and then had the work accomplished in a timely manner. Needless to say, a smooth and safe ride to our evacuation location and a smooth and safe ride back to our home in Florida. Just like following the physical therapy procedures one is assigned after having some type of surgery - keeping your automobile in tip top shape is equally as important as it will 1) save money in the long run, and 2) ensure the vehicle lasts a long time.

Brandon Ford deserves a five and some. I went just to look and the customer service was so amazing I walked out with a vehicle I absolutely love. I am so glad I went. If anyone goes you need to ask for Gabriel he is wonderful. He got us a great deal, great car, he is just simply amazing! Gabriel you rock!!!

Everyone we encountered was wonderful. My husband and I had such a great experience. This was our first new car purchase in 15 years and we started out expecting it to be difficult. Brandon Ford blew it out of the water with their courtesy, support and customer service. This was the only location we found that left ALL of their vehicles both new and used unlocked so you could look around at your own convenience. We arrived certain of what we were there to purchase and because of the freedom to look around unaccompanied we ended up with something totally different that fits us perfectly. It was wonderful to feel free to inspect everything and talk freely among ourselves without a salesperson in tow. We met a wonderful employee on the lot who later turned out to the be the big boss! How often does that happen. Our salesman was a treat and financing we a breeze with no pressure or games. I know it all sounds too good to be true but this fantasy is alive and well at Brandon Ford. We will be sending all of our friends and family there as well as returning ourselves.

Everything is always good when I come there for service! Went in to buy a car first time buyer was welcomed with a big smile and no presure. That made me very happy every since Tommy calls and checks on me and to see how I am doing with my car. I have had no problems with my Ford Focus. If your in the market for a new car make sure you ask for Tommy Shelly he was AWESOME. Tommy Thank You for everything.... I will tell everyone I know that is looking for a car to go to Brandon Ford.
