My daughter and I purchased a vehicle from Top Choice last month. I wasn't expecting miracles - it's a used car lot.

The owner is incredibly friendly and charismatic. I'm a teacher. So is his wife. I felt he was trustworthy. I purchased the car and we drove it home. That's when the nightmare began.

My daughter locked the doors and couldn't get out of the vehicle! We managed to get her out...finally. Called the owner and he did the repair on the door locks at no cost. Since then (less than a month):
New battery: $230
New Spark Plugs/Ignition Coils: $350
Now the car doesn't run because it needs several vacuum hose repairs. The repair shop said a shoddy mechanic did more harm than good attempting to repair the first leak. This repair is set to cost $725. 
My greatest wish is that I could bring this vehicle right back to them, get my  money back, plus maybe half the cost of the repairs I've made, and call it a day.  If the owner sees this review, give me a call.

Had a great experience at this location, the service and the honesty, spent all day looking for car and finally got my dream car here! As showed in the advertised; clean & perfect mileage and PRICE. The owner was very nice and paper work was very FAST !!! Will RECOMMEND THIS DEALER...

Despite the other reviews left for this shop. I had a positive experience. I went shopping for a new car a month ago in August, browsed through the lot and decided which vehicle I wanted to test drive. When it came to discussing matters, Stacey did not act like the typical used car salesmen. She listened and understood my situation and recommended another option to try before seeing her. I took her advice and even though I did not get the vehicle I wanted, she help me find a solution to my problems and saved me alot of money in the long run. I believe that says something about her character and thats genuine, not every sales person is honest nor do they help you when your not making money. Thank you Stacey
