I LOVE Brandon Honda and the excellent care they give my Honda Odyssey! I purchased my van there in 2015, and the service plan it came with is amazing. Most of my vehicles needs are still covered every time I bring it in. Bob Hovorka, the Assistant Service Manager, gives me personalized service! I can email him to ask about appointments, what I need, etc. He is always very clear, gets back to me within minutes (I don't think he EVER takes a day off!), and we enjoy talking about our families and our shared love of Disney World. I am always impressed with all of the staff at Brandon Honda. They will shuttle me to my grandson's house and come get me when my van is ready for pick up. They keep my van running like new. And they wash it and vacuum the interior most of the time as well! Thanks Brandon Honda, you are the only service center I let touch my van - and if / when I purchase another new vehicle, it will be from you again!

I can’t say enough about the service we received from Richard and the woman he works with... I’m sorry that I forgot her name. They were so understanding and helpful in getting my son’s car repaired so that I could feel comfortable that he is safe. They worked quickly and professionally even without an appointment. Thank you so much!

Worst experience ever. Bought a car three weeks ago only to discover an issue with the clutch. Returned the car within 24 hours to be told it was an open recall and we needed to take it to another dealer. Schedule the appointment and told in no uncertain terms that it isn’t a recall but a $2200 repair. Go back to Brandon Honda to return the car and they tell us it’s beyond the allowable time to return it. Only solution they offer is to buy it back for half the value. They continue to insist it’s a recall item and offer to ship it to another dealer. We drop the car off only to get a call hours later that we need to take it to get a different dealer. Three weeks later and we are on the hook for over $2500 in repairs. We should have insisted on returning the car that very first day but took their word in good faith that it was a recall. Lesson learned. We will never return to this dealer. UPDATE : received a call from a member of management who wanted to better understand our experience that ended in his basically accusing my husband and me of not following their instructions to deal with the issues. When asked how many dealers would we be sent to and how many weeks would this drag out until the car was finally fixed he had no response but to again blame us for not calling them to discuss the issues. I guess the three weeks of calls and visits weren’t enough?

Awesome service and great people! We brought our car in for service to fix the heater. We didn't tell them about having extended warranty, because we had been told it wouldn't be covered at a different dealership, and had declined the repair then because we live in Florida. Somehow Brandon Honda not only figured out we had one, but worked with them repeatedly until they covered the repairs and a free rental. They had super communication and were really friendly. Rachel and Brett took great care of us.

I am SO THANKFUL for Stephanie at Brandon Honda!!! She took GREAT care of me by listening to my unique needs, and identifying exactly what I needed done. I have waited extensively in the past at Brandon Honda even when I've made appointments, but this past visit was exceptional as Stephanie went out of her way to provide excellent, fast service. I was in and out faster than EVER before!! I truly appreciate all of your efforts- I am proud to have gotten my Honda from you guys. Keep up the good work!
