Great experience here today! Chad had me in and out. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you Chad and Courtesy Toyota of Brandon! Another great experience at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon!! Took the Sienna in for a recall on Wednesday and felt right at home. Once again Chad had everything taken care of. Will not take my Toyota anywhere else. Thank you again Chad and Courtesy Toyota!!

I went to Courtesy Toyota for my 5000 mile servicing because of all the advertisement and it is literally a few miles from my home. I drove my truck 5000 miles in 60 days!! i LOVE my Rav4! HOWEVER when I brought it to Courtesy for a scheduled apt that was supposed to be topping off fluids and rotating tires that would be an hour I waited almost 2 hours for the service guy to come and tell me that there is a problem and it needs to be fixed. He said the rubber boot that holds the oil for the tires to rotate had a hole in it and was leaking oil. I instantly got sick to my stomach! THIS IS MY BRAND NEW SUV!! IT HAD 10 MILES ON IT WHEN I DROVE IT OFF THE LOT! He says to me " you must have hit something driving down the road"......very nonchalantly! Followed by " don't worry I am going to put it under your warranty so you don't have to pay for anything".... I had another 2 hours to sit there while they "fixed" my truck to ponder on what was going on! After leaving and getting on the highway IT FELT LIKE I WAS DRIVING ON A DIRT ROAD! My car was DEFINITELY messed up at that point! I called the service department and a man told me "you maybe just need to get used to how they balanced your tires". I tried to explain to him that my truck was shaking terribly..... the only thing that could be done at that point was to come back in--- but I COULDN'T! THAT WAS MY ONLY DAY TO DO ALL MY STUFF for the month and I spent most of it sitting in the lobby....I KNEW I would not be able to go back. My car drove so badly and even had the tire light come on a few times. But starting a new job left me unable to return for a while. WHEN I DID RETURN I asked to speak to the service manager and attempted to explain to him what happened. He initially acted like he really cared. I requested a rental vehicle for the day since it was my ONLY Saturday off in over a month. The rental car I got smelled like wet dog and was a tiny little car. It took almost all day for them to call me and tell me that my truck was ready. When I got there I realized that the tag on the rental car had been expired since JUNE!! AT THAT TIME IS WAS SEPTEMBER! When I pointed it out to the rental car lady she laughed and said "oh man, that is the third one today". (of course I took a picture) NOW FOR THE SERVICE MANAGER TELLING ME ABOUT HOW THE ISSUE WITH MY TRUCK WAS THAT SOMEONE DIDN'T PUT ALL THE BEARINGS IN ONE OF MY WHEELS!! And it was "no big deal, mistakes happen"!!! As he was saying it he was so condescending and acting like I was bothersome when asking "don't you guys CHECK that stuff before you give a car back?!?!.... it was to have fluids topped and tires rotated! I ended up with a major issue and then a messed up truck!". THEN I told him about the rental with expired tags. He acted like it was no big deal at all!! I called my dealership where I got my truck and asked what to do- I KNOW I didn't hit anything to mess up my truck....I was VERY uncomfortable when that happened with the original repair. My concerns were exasperated when I got a messed up truck back. Then to have a rental w expired tags and a "service manager" who clearly cares nothing about service and is terrible at managing! I called to file a complaint with Toyota. They responded with they "spoke to the service manager and he agreed to look at my truck again"... one of the reasons I called was to get a recommendation from TOYOTA as to WHO to go to that would look at my truck to find out what else was wrong with it! They refused to help. NOW MY TRUCK IS DUE FOR THE 10000 MILE CHECK UP AND I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO!! Courtesy Toyota made it CLEAR to me that the "Toyota" standard is sub-standard!! THEN FINDING OUT HOW MANY OF MY FRIENDS HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES THERE WAS HORRIBLE!!!

Amazing customer service is an understatement for how Angie, in service, made me feel! She made me feel like family with my car and help get the needed repairs done flawlessly! I will DEFINITELY be a lifetime customer, as well as my all Toyota owned family, because of how truly wonderful of job she did! Angie, as I’m sure she is told regularly, should be recognized for her impeccable friendliness and professionalism! Great job Toyota Family!!

I was shopping for a new 4Runner and stopped by Courtesy. I walked around the lot and found a couple I was interested in. I went inside to find a salesperson and I went to the desk in the "Internet Sales" building. The sales manager was sitting there on his computer and asked for my phone number, I declined, and he got really upset and confrontational with me. I said forget it and then he said he'd give me $3000 off any car in the lot. I saw one for an already great deal upfront so I said great, I know what I want. He passed me off to a salesman (who was great) and I sat down to talk price. He came back with the price on the tag and I told him what his manager told me, so he had to go talk to his manager. The sales manger then came to the office and proceeded to argue with me over the price he said he'd give me (he can take $3000 off any car but that one) and then said we can't make a deal and walked out. The next day I called to tell the dealership general manager (also was great) about this incident promised to follow up. I then got a call from the dealership owner who apologized and really tried to make up for it with a sale. I just couldn't do business with this dealership after the way I was treated, but they do get an extra star rating because of the owner going above and beyond to try and make things right.
