Great experience with Kevin. He listened to my requirements for a car and suggested the right car model (CX-5) for me.  He provided me answers to my questions and made me feel like a part of the Ferman family immediately even before buying my car.  The whole process took much shorter then expected. I am glad a friend suggested looking at a Mazda and glad I drive to have driven to Ferman from South St Petersburg.  Thank you Kevin and Ferman.

What terrible experience.  My sales guy Sam was the only bright spot. The finance guy took forever and came back with a worse deal than I got from the bank. The car was delivered not ready and when I brought it back to get detailed they put was over bird poop and did not fill the tank as promised!

I recently purchased my 2017 mazada 3 from Ferman Mazada. Great car if I might add. I had got a nail in my side wall tire  and it was going flat. I showed up to Ferman Mazada unannounced  and Sam Gunnoe made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting. I was out in about in a jiffy with no problems. Thanks for the great service! Keep it up!

I am from out of state and I had a minor repair issue that I wasn't sure the dealership would have time to work on, however; they were extremely gracious and fixed the problem in no time flat!  Highly recommend!

Service was quicker than expected, and everyone was very courteous. I was late for my appt and they did not give me a hassle about it. I did call and let them know
