Customer service is the best, they really care about there customers. The business is extremely helpful to rebuild your credit and get you started going in the right direction.

Negative stars! went on the website and filled out the credit application. I got a reply email saying that I was approved for a $20,000 car. So, I went into the dealership and found a car that I liked, it was a 2009 and overpriced the payment was going to be $243 Bi-Weekly. I think they prey on customers that does not have any math skills. I don't think that they will be in business very long. I already see that they have many negative reviews.

They are a good place to go to help rebuild your credit but they aren't completely honest about trading the car in in one year.

I would give a big fat zero if I could. I further find it amusing that the manager and other workers there are on here giving the company 5 stars (like they're customers, and they aren't).

I bought a vehicle on Sept 15th of this year. Three days ago, the a/c goes out. Yesterday, the heat goes out. Last night it gave off a crazy gassy smell, made gurgling (and other) noises, and shut down while my eldest and youngest child and I were trying to leave a grocery store that was 5 minutes from home.

I text one worker. No response. I texted the manager and she put it off on Lakeland Toyota. Lacy, the liaison for their company at Lakeland Toyota said that the manager, Jessica should not have sent me to her, and that she knew better. 

Lacy just had my car towed a few minutes ago to Lakeland Toyota so they can do diagnostics tomorrow. I'm told that it may take 3-4 for days to complete diagnostics and they'll decide from there if they're going to fix it. Really? I have a warranty that covers 100% parts and 100% labor, and they need to see?

Let's not even get into the lies that they don't know we've caught them in. I've spoken with the Florida DMV and confirmed that everything they shared with my about my plates and registration was a lie, and why this company does things like they do.

I spoke with them about a loaner while they get their business straight, and now Jessica has forever been at lunch, right outside of the office, etc.

What's worse is that Jessica, Jenna, and Evelyn seemed like pretty nice, comical women. We laughed, danced, and had fun each day that I was there. Little did I know about all of the bait and switch, lies about DMV fees and my license getting suspended if I didn't get the plates in 30 days (a whole other story; another lie), etc.

Every vehicle I chose seemingly was sold right when I chose it. They blamed it all on Lakeland and claimed that Lakeland hid cars so they could sell the best ones, etc. They claimed they went and took pics of vehicles just so they could try to sneak and get me "a good one". 

This place should be shut down. They sell  unsafe cars, lie about inspections, doctor up documents, lie about selection/availability, and then act like they're clueless when things get exposed.

Now, I have to call my attorney. They're going to help me keep her rich. SMH

Stay the heck away from there!!! Do not pass go!!! Don't be fooled by the smiles and laughter. I work in sales. However, I work in integrity. I don't have to dupe people into getting what they already want or persuade them to buy what I want to get rid of. I'm straight-forward and have my clients' best interest at heart.

I hate that I trusted them so much.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

AND...You all stop posting 5 star ratings when you know you're not a 5 star company nor do you offer 5 star service. You are not customers. Stop being so dishonest!!!
