Outstanding 5 Star Food! We had our Office Holiday Party in a private dining room. Everything was just perfect! The Escargot was my absolute FAVORITE. I had never eaten snails before, but I felt that if I was going to try them, this would definitely be the place! So glad that I did! Definitely recommend this place!

This was our second trip to the Briarhurst. The experience was impeccable on both occasions. Big shout out to the chefs, who are extremely talented and have created some delicious dishes. Service was amazing and our server was incredible. Overall five stars; will be returning.

Fantastic fine dining experience from start to finish. The escargot and beef wellington were nothing short of perfection. I highly encourage the 5 course option. We will be going back!!

The wife and I have experienced dinner here twice, now. We enjoyed it very much on both occasions. The place is house, well a mansion, and you dine in the various rooms of the antique tribute to the past days of Manitou and the Old West. We took the five course option, each time. The presentation is spot on and the taste and flavor of each course made a great transition to the next. I'd take my Mom here :)

Such a beautiful place. Will go back as often as I can. The food was amazing and the service was top notch.
