Stopped in for dinner with the wife tonight. Hadn't been in here before. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs and the boss had the American burger with gluten free bread. Food was great, fast service and very attentive staff. Manager even stopped to check. Prices are fair. We'll go back and try breakfast next time and maybe take out one of the desserts for later. I would come here with friends and family.

My wife and I visited on a very quiet Monday evening. We were the only table in our section. We ordered our food after about 5 minutes. I counted three other tables that came in after us. All three received their food before us and were regularly served refills and asked if they were doing OK. Not only by the server but by the manager as well. We might as well have been invisible. It's not like our order was difficult, just a burger and a reuben. 40 minutes and not so much as a smile from our server. I will not go back.

Every time my husband and I come here to eat we get excellent customer service. I will say they do have a new chef so the food isn't like how I remember but it is still great! Charlie, the manager, is super sweet! She makes everything better if it's wrong.

I decided to try this place while passing through based on other reviews I've read. I was not disappointed! The food was pretty good, the portion sizes were huge and the prices were decent for the amount of food you got. The service was excellent as well and everyone was friendly. I would definitely stop back if I come through Colorado Springs again!

Excellent traditional local diner for American home-style favorites. Atmosphere is clean with delightful decor, friendly staff, and a good mix of oldie but goodie and old-school tunes. I went for Chicken and Waffles, while my Mom enjoyed another family favorite, Chicken Pot-pie... Everything was HOT off the griddle, out of the fryer and the oven, and cooked perfectly. Honestly I wanted to keep this spot secret! I hope it never changes.
