I want to give a big kudos to Nicole. I called her upset because I thought my dress was not ordered properly because it was way too small. She asked me to bring it in so we could figure it out. I was a ball of nerves when I came back in. It turned out that I hadn't been zipped into it right and it was totally fine and fit as expected. She was so understanding and compassionate about the whole thing. I really appreciated it! Sarah was great too! She helped me find my dress and she did a great job!

Nichole was the greatest. She took lots of time helping my daughter try on wedding gowns. She has an excellent sense of what is going to look good, what will fit, and what will suit the venue. She is kind, patient, and encouraging and made us feel welcome and valued. Large inventory, great selection. Thanks!!!

I came into this store 3 different times, each time the customer service and advice was fantastic. I told them what I wanted and they were patient and helpful with all of my requests and questions on alternations. After going to several stores in the Spokane area I can say this was the one I had the best exspriences at.

Bridal Collections was so helpful in preparing for my wedding! We ended up finding my dress, our bridesmaids’ dresses, my husband’s tux, and the groomsmen’s tuxes there, as well as my bridal hair piece and jewelry. We hadn’t planned to buy them all at one store, but as we shopped and compared prices for each different item, Bridal Collections consistently had the best selection and price range. The staff there is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. We worked with Cynthia, who had fabulous ideas and knows so much about the industry. Her help was invaluable! I ended up being so happy with all the garments we chose for the wedding. They looked wonderful together, and it was so nice to be able to hold all the garments up together in the store before buying to ensure we were creating the look we were going for. I would definitely choose to work with Bridal Collections again!

They were fine with getting my dress but when it came to getting the groomsman tuxes is were they messed up. I talked to them almost a year before my wedding about sizing because one of our groomsman is a heftier guy than average and they said it would be fine. My Fiance took his guys down and they all got measured. Now the day before our wedding that one groomsman tuxes does not fit him (surprise surprise) and they refused to refund hos money. The tuxes are all rentals and now they are out going to JCPenny or Big and Tall to find something last minute. Will never recommend this place to anyone trying to get tuxes. Our groomsman and my groom were treated like garbage.
