The fact that they are close during business hours the day after a National holiday has me beyond pissed. The holiday fell on a weekend and should not be used as an excuse for an additional day off... Everybody else is back at work, they should be too... Will be closing all accounts as banking will no longer be an option for me...

I'm sitting in the bank waiting, I waited for over an hour to see a banker, and then in the middle of helping me he went into a meeting. It's was supposed to be only 10 mins, but that was 20 mins ago! I guess if they want good reviews here I shouldn't have to sit around so long, giving me time to type the while I'm bored... the greeter happens to be exceptionally kind however, but I'm over this waiting, it's not like it was crowded when I got here, only one person I saw waiting before me. TBH I don't even think the banker helping me understands what I want to do, keeps repeating the option that's in the better interest of the bank and not giving me a straight answer! 

Update: I did flag down the branch manager and he finished helping me, and was unbelievably kind and patient! I went from one star to three stars because I hate Wells Fargo in general (they support the DAPL, I support clean drinking water) however the staff at this location are very nice and kind people who do seem to work hard for the customer. No disrespect to the employees here, it's the company I have beef with at this point.

I had a horrible experience at this bank. My first time there and because of this branch I'm closing my account. I told the lady I won't be bringing my deposit back to this branch and she simply said" fine take it where you want to take it you should of never put that type of check in the atm" What is the atm for? Like I just couldn't believe the way I was being treated. This branch does not value customers at all. As I was walking out the guy did ask me was my experience good I said "heck no" and he did try to see why but I was just fed up with the branch itself and called the feedback care number.
