This dealership really took the time to get the best fit Truck for me.  I love great service and Scott helped every second of the process. He gave me his personal cell to text him questions and walk me through the process.  I highly recommend if you are looking for a great car buying experience look no further these guys are class acts. 5 stars all the way in my book. Best car buying experience ever.

I took the car in for the tire to be looked at. I was there when they opened.I was the only person in the waiting area.  Thirty minutes later I had to go hunt down the service guy to ask what they had found. Then he wasn't sure if they had the tire in stock. That took about 10 minutes. After I agreed to put a new tire on, he wasn't sure if the tire mount machine was working. Then the price he quoted was $20.00 over what he had quoted me .This for a tire that has a slow leak on the sidewall of a car with less than 6,000 miles. When I asked if it was covered under warranty he told me tires were never covered. I find it hard to believe Ford tires are always perfect and there is a never a defective tire put on a car. It was not a pleasant experience by any means. And it embarrasses me that we bought two cars at the same time from them to be treated this way. I think they should be ashamed of their customer service in the service department.

First off, let’s be clear that I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, I just had to so I could give them this review. I am not one to bash a company, and I believe that people make mistakes but trust me when I say, their mistakes are in excess and this company deserves this terrible review. I have never had one good experience dealing with this service department. They have a way of making you somehow believe in the beginning that they will do what they can to help you and treat you right, but when the facts are all presented, you realize instantly how much they have taken advantage of you. They play the “blame game” on a constant basis and it’s ridiculous. I will NEVER buy another Ford, mostly due to the fact that I never want to deal with this department. I will tell anyone and everyone that asks about my horrible experienceS— (YES THAT IS PLURAL)— because nobody should have to deal with or go thru the same things! I should have stuck with Chevrolet and I definitely learned my lesson!!

When I called to have key made was given quote when got key was informed of another fee to have programmed this should have been explained up front.  Then after key was made it wouldn't come out of ignition was informed that they would fix ignition for fee when there was not a problem with lost key.  I was very unsatified with customer service.   Also when purchased car was told that a part for my door was going to be ordered & I would be notified & it wouldn't cost anything have yet heard about this.  Will never use this company again.
