From the first call I had with Shawn ware I knew I had a good salesman. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and he went out of his way to send the information quickly and accurately.  I came from out of state and he made sure he had time available for me. He pulled the vehicle up to the front and greeted me. And treated me as a value customer.  Throughout the buying process he never pushed me into anything I didn't want to do.  I would recommend him to anyone.

Best service ever definitely worth the 3 hour drive there's nice and friendly staff all throughout the dealership. Robby was completely honest and helped me get a deal I couldn't pass on. Best experience I've ever had at any dealearship period. Definitely a customer for life I recommend it to everyone it'll definitely be worth the drive no matter how far you live. Ask for Robby Bunch especially on lifted trucks he knows so much and won't sell you just anything will be 100%honest.

Where do I begin with my incredible experience with James at Peters Chevrolet in Longview.  Anyone that knows me will agree I can be very picky to say the least.  
During my process of looking for my new truck, which I had selected very specific criteria, I visited with 4 different dealerships on multiple occasions.  My experience from the very beginning of working with James was without question the best.  
He easily answered any question I had.
James and his team were extremely efficient.  
I knew I was dealing with an honest individual and they were giving me a fair deal. 
There were additional items to be added such as DVD players and James personally went the extra mile to get the appropriate ones so our delivery time was kept.  My ENTIRE experience with James was only over the phone but I feel like I know him better than any other associates I worked with elsewhere.
The  vehicle was delivered exactly as we discussed and Jerry and Don were professional gentlemen and a delight to meet.  
There is no question I will recommend everyone I know to Peters in Longview for the same hospitality and service!  Thank you

Very happy, it was over 15yrs ago I bought a SUV from this company and they are still just as nice and helpful as they were back then. All this time I thought it was just the guy that helped us then. But now I see that it is the company. I will forever come here first before going anywhere else from now on to get a new or used vehicle.

Best service I have ever received at a car dealership. John Preston made my buying experience easy and was straight forward, he didn't play the salesman game every dealership does. I told him exactly what I wanted and he was straight forward with intrest rate, monthly payment, and length of terms. I will definitely be doing business only here from now on. I am very appreciative to them.
