Service was absolutely great! Unfortunately the sales department and especially a particular young lady in sales was TERRIBLE (she was blonde) she didn’t seem to be knowledgeable in anything she was telling my husband and I AND I feel as if she was throwing herself out a little too much. Not to mention it seemed as if she was preoccupied in some of the salesman instead of helping us purchase a vehicle!!! I will not be going back to try to purchase, only to deal with their service department, if I return at all.

I took my jeep in because it was making a clunking noise when taking off from a stop. They immediately had the mechanic ride with me so he could hear it. After putting it on the lift, he you d the source of the issue, along with another problem. Everything was covered under warranty, so they provided me with a loaner truck since it would be a few days to get parts and repair everything. The guys in the service dept. were extremely quick in not only finding the issue, but getting me back on the road quickly with the loaner vehicle. I highly recommend Elder Dodge Jeep for any repairs you may need.
