I have a 2006Jeep which I love!!! It has saved my life three times from people hitting me from behind and nothing happening to this car. I will always have a jeep and looking forward to getting a new Jeep in a year or two. However with that said I needed to get a very small part for my jeep which is 12 years old now and I have contacted a few jeep dealerships in my area in New York and they did not have the part. I contacted Palestine Jeep and spoke with Morgan Hoyt in parts. She also told me that this part is not made anymore and could not be ordered. But she went above and beyond for me and found eight parts jeep dealership in Massachusetts that has the small part that I need and it’s the only part left in the entire country for my car . I am so appreciative to Morgan for handling this concerned for my issue because if I could not get this part it would cost $200 put to put an entire replacement for this older section of the car. So when she directed me to this dealership I called them they did have the one left and their mailing it out to me. This cost me four dollars for this part versus $200 for the entire section to be replaced. This is what Customer Service is all about thinking of what you could do for the customer because something like this will cause me to purchase a car from Palestine in the future and drive it Back to New York state. Thank you thank you Palestine jeep for putting the customer a head of the company and yet guaranteeing a customer for the rest of your life thank you

Love my new Dodge truck. Paul, my salesman is very knowledgeable of his products. Duane the manager came out and offered his help. They made it effortless.

Do not go here! Even the other dealerships go the extra 40 miles to Athens, where you getback5 star service and customer service. So small and takes a great deal of time with repairs, their diagnostic abilities are way off. My front seats keep blowing the fuse, they had told me that there was no short and that it was my fault for replacing the first fuse with a non Mopar fuse; well that Mopar fuse just blew as well and I will have to wait until they're able to get a loaner car. This has been and will continue to be "awhile" since they're so backed up. I was correct and there was a short in the motor of the driver's seat, parts and service we're done next morning; not two months LMAO. BTW the general manager at Palestine called me to argue, I continually told him I'm currently occupied with two small children and don't have time to argue; in that 15 minutes my 3 year old granddaughter made it outside and halfway back our 50 acre backyard. Such a gentleman 🤐

Claims to be a Kawasaki dealer. I drive 25 miles to get there, can't even park at the Kawasaki building which is separate for the new cars in the way, get in there, find out I Have to go to the other building to get the parts I needed, walk all the way over there to find out they don't deal with Kawasaki dirt bikes. The Kawasaki dealer suggested I go to AutoZone for a Kawasaki spark plug. AutoZone does not carry dirt bike parts.

Just bought a used car. Joe Legg was the salesman. Very satisfied with the dealership. Staff was very friendly.
