Worst experience ever. I am a mother of a 2 year old and 6month old, I sold my perfectly good truck for something more accessible for the babies. Hunter helped me Pick out an Acadia, while test driving I told him the steering felt tight he said “oh that’s just because you are used to driving your truck” since I’ve never really driven anything else, I took his word. I absolutely loved the car, and paid cash for it. The very next day my power steering went out while driving with my kids in the car, and I almost went into a ditch. I called them ASAP, I kept getting responses that they would call back. I called 10 times, on different days over a week period, never got a phone call returned. Then, 2 weeks after buying this car calling constantly to talk to someone, I pulled into my driveway and my transmission went out. I called them and someone finally told me to just bring it in, of course I couldn’t drive it so I had to pay to have it towed. It took them 3 days to say anything about it. They kept telling us they would call us back within the hour but we never received any calls. We finally went back up there and they said they had not even looked at it yet but that it was $4000.00 in repairs. How do you tell that without looking at it at all?? Then they would only give us $2500.00 trade in value. So after me mentioning something may be wrong, calling tons of times to confirm that, and bringing it back within 2 weeks, they gave us nothing in return. We will never go back, nor recommend this place to anyone.

Just bought a truck from them and the whole process was smooth. No pressure and everyone was friendly and helpful. I recommend anyone to check these people out! Ethan was my salesman and I would absolutely work with him again!

I have visited GREENVILLE Dodge 2 to times both were very positive experiences. Jane was one of the most important sales person I have met. Today I bought a used truck from Jane,it was a very good job on her part.I must say all the employees did a outstanding job. I give them a 10+rating

Bought a truck there ... was there for over 4 hours last 2 haggling with their finance team .. my wife and I told them we would not go anymore than 3years 36months on the truck .. we even walked out after they refused .. we went back inside and they wanted us to go 4 we then both agreed to split the difference and go 3 1/2 or 42months ... I assumed (which ended up being my demise) they were honest and just went into the office signed my contract and left .. looking recently at my account online and wondering why my truck hasn't been paid off yet I see the contract is listed at 54 months !!! They put an additional year on my contract .. I'll never do business there again which I'm sure they could care less about... no one I know will either .. PLEASE DOUBLE TRIPLE READ YOUR CONTRACT AND TERM! No matter if you think people are trustworthy or not ...

Steve was a great salesman. We bought a used vehicle with no warrant. When we had a slight problem they fixed it out of their pocket. Great people.
